Both the Watervliet Middle School 7th & 8th Grade Band and the High School Band received a Division 1 Rating at the MSBOA District 6 Band & Orchestra Festival.
The festival took place at Lake Michigan College last week. Each band plays for a panel of three judges and is scored in the areas of tone, intonation, technique, rhythm, and interpretation. This year, both bands received straight ones from all the judges!
