The Watervliet High School Athletics Department is proud to announce its selections for the WHS Athletics Hall of Fame Class of 2025. This year’s inductees will include one community/coach and one athlete.  We are excited to recognize these two individuals and will be celebrating their achievements on August 28th during halftime of the Watervliet vs Coloma football game.  The Class of 2025 includes:

Ken Dietz (Community/Coach) served as the Athletic Director at Watervliet Public Schools from 2006 to 2024. During his tenure, he was instrumental in organizing the historic 100-Year Football Game against Coloma, launching annual athletic themes, and establishing Impact Watervliet Day. Ken also led numerous facility upgrades and founded the Athletic Hall of Fame. Beyond his administrative duties, he was deeply involved in coaching, having coached basketball at every level (boys and girls), varsity golf, and middle school track.
